Quality security cameras that are properly installed can last between 5-10 years, but it is not recommended. Environmental conditions effect the longevity of the hardware and advances in technology often encourage consumers to upgrade sooner.
Yes, you can watch your security cameras from a remote location thru any device from anywhere in the world. You’ll need internet access at both locations. We recommend that you have a high-speed internet connection. You can either use the Internet Explorer browser or our remote client software that you install on the remote computer to access your surveillance camera system. All software is included in our installation. No fee is required to run the remote access app.
Yes, if you have enough battery backup or backup power source (i.e. generator).
Yes, power is required to operate each camera. The cameras receive power through the cable connecting the camera to the NVR (Network Video Recorder). All security cameras can be powered with a plug-in power supply located next to your NVR.
On average, the security camera footage is stored about 30 – 90 days depending on the clients’ needs. Businesses and institutions tend to store footage for 3-12 months in accordance with the industry standards. External storage expansion hardware and cloud-based storage can infinitely increase the storage time.
We accept all major credit cards. Cash, Checks, Cashier’s checks and money orders.
All our security cameras and products carry a one-year warranty from the time of purchase. Our warranty covers all product malfunctions and/or defects, but does not cover acts of nature, crime and or misuse.
All defective products, including security cameras, that are within warranty are eligible for return for repair. You must call our office about the defect and schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and service the equipment.
